I have dined here several times and absolutely love the bacon burger and frosty. I will not go anywhere else now. The burger and milkshake are better than other burger bars.

My two friends and I ate here around 12:30pm today and ordered the Dave Single. Unfortunately, the meat inside our burgers was undercooked and one of my friends ended up vomiting multiple times. We all felt very ill afterwards. I do not recommend eating here unless you want to risk food poisoning.

I have been here three times and each time the burger is missing key ingredients. Today, I ordered a French Onion burger with no onions and received dried ones instead. Came here and left disappointed. Would recommend going elsewhere for a decent meal.

The food quality is top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised and found it to be better than other well-known fast food places in the area. Despite being slightly expensive, the quality makes up for it. The service was good, though slightly slow for fast food. I would definitely return and recommend it.

Outstanding service and delicious food at Wendy's! My recent experience at Wendy's was absolutely fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious, with perfectly cooked burgers and crispy, hot fries. The service was brilliant. What made my visit exceptional was the amazing service from Daisy, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and ensured that my order was perfect. Wendy's is lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee like her. The restaurant was spotless and had a welcoming atmosphere. Wendy's continues to set high standards for quality food and service. I will definitely be returning soon.

The food is good, but I do not appreciate being pressured for a review while trying to enjoy my meal. The manager was pushing a staff member to get a review, which made the staff member uncomfortable. A softer approach is needed to reach targets.

I read your response and found it unsatisfactory. I have faced similar issues before and received no response. It seems like your customer service may not be up to par with your technology. Additionally, on my recent visit, several drinks were out of stock due to a broken machine. This has been a consistent issue since the opening. Furthermore, the menu computer system was malfunctioning again today. I was overcharged for large fries that were supposed to come with my meal. When will you replace your tech staff with competent people? These issues have caused me to visit less frequently, and I believe you may be losing customers because of it.
